2. The probability of failure of the large clock circuit on the motherboard is not high, and sometimes the components are not damaged after damage. Welding and excessive oxide layer will cause the clock circuit to work abnormally. We often use the welding method to deal with clock circuit failures. The failure rate of power supply components and crystal oscillators is relatively high.
3. The movement of the clock or the slow movement may be affected by the geographical location of the clock; the adjustment nut of the pendulum is loose; the coordination of the hour needle tube and the hour hand is loose, resulting in slipping needle phenomenon; the escapement fork teeth are too shallow or touch the escape wheel Tooth root, when this happens, we can remove the nut, put a rubber or wood piece up and down, the notch is parallel to the worktable, and then tap it with a hammer to make it slightly deformed. a bit. Look down on the four spring claws with pliers to increase the total height. The four heights are required to be the same, the friction torque is 0.2-0.5N.m, and the rotation should be stable.
