Warranty
We offer 18 months extended warranty for complete machine, all spare parts included.
Within 18 months：if any parts break down, we will compensate new parts at free charge,not including courier expense. Normally we will ask customers keep some spare parts in stock for machine maintenance, and the compensation spare parts will be sent together with next shipment or through a cheaper way but not by DHL.
More than 18 months:We provide online technical guidance and introduction to find broken part,and we will give you a favorable price,but need you bear shipping cost.

Installation
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered. Oversea engineer service is available if you need, debug and test production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.
