Step 1. Customer demand confirmation
(1) The sales department receives customer demand and accurately records customer information and demand content.
(2) The sales department is responsible for communicating with the customer to confirm and determine the specific content and requirements of the customer demand.
(3) The sales department accurately conveys the relevant information of the customer demand to the design department.
Step 2. Design plan formulation
(1) After receiving the customer demand, the design department will promptly evaluate and formulate a preliminary design plan.
(2) The design department will communicate with the sales department to confirm the feasibility of the design plan and the extent to which it meets customer needs.
(3) After the design department completes the design plan, it will submit it to the sales department.

Step 3. Contract signing and deposit payment
(1) The sales department and the customer confirm the final details.
(2) Draft a pro forma invoice and stamp it for confirmation.
(3) After the customer pays the deposit agreed by both parties, the production arrangement phase begins.
Step 4. Product manufacturing
(1) After receiving the confirmed design plan, the production department will promptly arrange the production plan.
(2) The production department is responsible for material selection, processing and assembly to ensure the accuracy of product quality and delivery time.
(3) After the production department completes product production, it notifies the quality inspection department to conduct inspection.












Step 5. Product quality inspection and testing
(1) After receiving the notification from the production department, the quality inspection department will conduct quality inspection on the product in a timely manner.
(2) The quality inspection department is responsible for inspecting various indicators of the product to ensure that the product meets the quality standards.
(3) The quality inspection department confirms the qualified products and provides inspection certificates.




Step 6. Product delivery and after-sales service
(1) After the product quality inspection is passed, the sales department arranges the shipment and delivery of the product to the customer site.
(2) The sales department is responsible for confirming product delivery with the customer and resolving questions and needs raised by the customer.
(3) The sales department is responsible for following up on after-sales service, collecting customer feedback and handling it in a timely manner.
